Beverly Lawrence, Ph.D., L.Ac.

Beverly Lawrence, Ph.D., L.Ac., is an acupuncturist, holistic medical intuitive, energy & shamanic practitioner, and medical hypnotherapist. She weaves together Eastern medicine, metaphysics, spiritual sciences, and modern research to help people heal, awaken, and align with their soul’s purpose.

Through the Dancing Bear Enlightenment Academy, she trains holistic professionals, coaches, and serious seekers to become intuitive practitioners, using the principles of Wu Shen (Five Element Spirit) and multidimensional healing. Through the Dancing Bear Healing Center, she helps people with complex, chronic conditions and pain return to a more balanced state of health—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Dr. Beverly is also a published author, international speaker, workshop leader, spiritual healing facilitator, spiritual counselor, wisdom teacher, and metaphysician. She is a researcher, Certified Reiki Master & energy teacher, and shamanic practitioner. She also holds a Master’s in Hypnotherapy and is a Certified Medical Hypnotherapist & Hypno-Anesthesiologist. She served for over five years as a Professional Teaching Assistant at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now Sonoran University).

In 2021, she founded the Dancing Bear Enlightenment Academy as an online academy devoted to holistic health, spirituality, and metaphysics. She also created the Holistic Transformation YouTube podcast, where she interviews holistic professionals and shares solo teachings on medical astrology, spiritual development, nervous system healing, and energy medicine.
The Academy also sponsors a semi-annual Holistic Transformation & Healing Mastery Summit, held in late March and late September, featuring international speakers in holistic health and spiritual transformation.
An app for the Academy is available for both Apple and Android devices, and a web version is available for browser access.

She is the author of Meditation Demystified: A Workbook for Everyone (originally published in 1999 and republished in 2019 under the pen name Dancing Bear), along with several eBooks and numerous articles on meditation, healing, and spiritual growth. She continues to research and write on the integration of metaphysics, consciousness, and healing.

About ADBO LLC

ADBO LLC was founded when Dr. Beverly moved to Arizona to attend medical school. Previously, the company operated as ADBO Inc. in San Jose, California. The original ADBO entity was founded in 1995 in Silicon Valley.

 

Historically, ADBO Consulting, a division of ADBO Inc., supported large corporations such as Cisco Systems, mid-sized companies such as Aspect Computers, small businesses such as New Venture Strategies, and a variety of non-profits. Today, ADBO Consulting primarily supports solopreneurs, very small organizations, and select non-profits with specialized technical, research, and content projects.

 

ADBO Consulting also undertakes research projects, writing, documentation, and analysis on an as-needed basis. We frequently collaborate with Soft Docs and other partners on custom projects.
